The Neve 88R.Legendary Signal.
Originally commissioned by Electric Lady Studios in New York and later owned by Grammy-winning mixer Rich Costey — this is the console that shaped some of the most iconic albums ever recorded. Now it's yours.
A console withhistory in every fader.
Studio A's control room is centered around a Neve 88R — one of the most sought-after analog consoles in the world. Originally commissioned by Electric Lady Studios in NYC and later owned by Grammy-winning mixer Rich Costey, this board carries the mojo of decades of world-class recording.
All studios are connected via Dante and fiber pipes — including the barn — allowing seamless audio routing across the entire facility for larger sessions and live recordings.

Space to breathe.Room to perform.
Our 23x31 live room with 16-foot ceilings gives bands and ensembles the space they need to perform naturally. Three comfortable isolation booths handle vocals, guitars, and overdubs — all within earshot of the control room.
The room is ideal for full band tracking, orchestral ensembles, live performances, private concerts, and video productions. The connected barn extends capacity for larger groups.
